1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ZOBUT GAMES TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI ("Tinoba", "we") for the Tinoba mobile app and tinoba.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
Tinoba provides sports information and analysis: fixtures, live scores and statistics, AI-generated match analysis and commentary, expected-goals (xG) models, and a community where users share opinions about matches. Some features are free; others require an AI PRO subscription. The free version is supported by advertising; AI PRO removes ads.

4. Accounts
- You may sign in with Quick login (device-based) or a Google account. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate others or choose misleading, offensive or promotional usernames. We may change or reject usernames that break these rules.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.
5. AI PRO subscriptions
- AI PRO is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
- Free trials and promotional prices, where offered, convert to the regular price when the promotional period ends unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Contact us at support@tinoba.com if something went wrong with a purchase and we will help.
- We may change prices or plans for future periods; we will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.
6. Community rules
When you post a take, comment or profile content you agree not to:
- post hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content or anything illegal;
- advertise third-party products, services or accounts, or share phone numbers, links or contact details for that purpose;
- impersonate people or organisations, or post others' personal data;
- spam, manipulate likes or follows, or use bots.
We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. You can report content in the app; we review reports and act where appropriate.
7. Content and accuracy
- Scores, statistics and fixtures come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors.
- AI analyses are generated automatically by statistical models. They are opinions of a model, not facts or advice, and can be wrong.
- Community content reflects the views of the users who post it, not ours.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute content you post within the Service. You keep ownership of it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software, AI models, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. Team names, logos and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 7–11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on scores, statistics, AI analyses or community content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
